Liverpool Crossroads Caring for Carers appoints new Chief Executive

Liverpool Crossroads has announced the appointment of Penny Fell as its new Chief Executive.
Mrs Fell will take charge of the organisation, which provides social care support for carers in Liverpool, Sefton and Warrington.
She joins Liverpool Crossroads with huge experience in social care on Merseyside.
Her previous appointments include Director of Corporate Affairs with Huyton-based Alternative Futures Group and Greater Merseyside Co-ordinator for social care skills funder Skills for Care. She has also worked for leading children’s charity Home-Start.
Mrs Fell said: “I am looking forward to working with the Crossroads Board and the staff team.
“I have already been impressed by the professionalism, commitment and enthusiasm shown by our staff and I am looking forward to working with the Board in growing our business for the people we support.”
Crossroads Board Chair Margaret Crichton added: “We are delighted to welcome Penny as our new Chief Executive Officer.
“I am sure she will make an outstanding contribution to Liverpool, Sefton and Warrington Crossroads and the people who use our services.
“We are also pleased to acknowledge the confidence placed in our organisation by an addition to the investment fund by Futurebuilders England to fund this post.”
